The rules, plainly.

By creating an account or using TinyApp AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will require you to re-accept on next sign-in.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. By signing up you represent that this is true. Accounts are individual unless you are using a paid plan with team seats.

You may use the Service to generate, run, and share small applications ("Generated Apps") via the prompts and uploads you provide ("Inputs"). You may not use the Service to generate or host content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.

You own your Inputs and the Generated Apps produced from them, subject to the rights of third-party model and content providers. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, run, and back up your Inputs and Generated Apps solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.

Do not: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass platform sandboxes; (b) probe, scan, or stress-test other tenants; (c) use the Service to send unsolicited communications; (d) train competing models on outputs of this Service; (e) misuse free credits via multiple accounts or automated abuse. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Free accounts receive a daily credit grant and a one-time beta bonus. Paid credit packs are charged via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing and the credit-to-usage ratio may change with advance notice; existing balances are honored at purchase rates.

The Service routes requests to third-party model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Moonshot, and others). Your Inputs are subject to those providers' privacy and acceptable-use terms during processing. We do not allow providers to train on your data when the provider exposes that option.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion triggers a hard delete of your account and your Generated Apps within 30 days, including from operational backups. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms with notice where feasible.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Apps before relying on them, and for complying with any law that applies to how you use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (until we incorporate elsewhere — this page will be updated). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
